i have replaced alot of parts on the truck, 2 new heads,cap, rotor, plugs.plug wires.TPS is also new, and the truck is still missing when into over drive it shakes and misses more, what can it be

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Has the check engine light come on to indicate a misfire? Finally, have you checked for vacuum leaks and the EGR valve for proper function.

i had the whole motor apart replaced all hoses, and cording to what i could see i couldnt find a egr valve on the truck, it has the 3.9 littler in it,
