Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
1997 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 1997 dodge ram 4x4 pick-up. the u-joint broke off at the rear. is it possible to drive the truck without the drive shaft connect to the rear and trans just by useing the front drive unit?

If you remove the driveshaft from the transfercase, it will leak. I don't recommend this.
