1997 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual

we need to know which is wire number one, looking at the truck from the front into the engine, on the distributor cap.

You could put the number one cylinder on tdc of compression stroke, then look to see which plug tower the rotor is pointing towards, should be number one.
