When I turn the air conditioning on, the air comes out at the windshield. Does not come through any other vents when I change the settings. I notice the other day that when I turned the air on that no air came out any where. Removed the fuse it looked good put it back in and the blower motor was working. Could it be a problem at the switch or the blower motor. Thank you

You have a vacuum leak. The vent doors are actuated by vacuum. Check under the dash as well as the hood. WIth the engine running, you may hear a hissing sound.
