1996 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

When I turn the right blinker on the left backup light blinks also but they are both dimm. The blinker is also slow.

hello, with the right turn signal wiring at the rear, try a redundant ground, see if it helps anything? The ground wire is black.
