Ok i have replaced the thermostat, radiator, water pump & the heater core all within the last year. But once again my heater wont blow hot air. The motor temp stays around 220 but my bottom radiator house stays cold & the heater hose that runs to the pump wont get hot either. The other heater house gets hot as does the top radiator hose. So clearly its not circulating coolant. But why not? The water pump does not leak nor does the heater core. How can i figure out which part is causing this & why does it keep having this problem even when new parts are installed?

It is normal for the lower rad hose to stay cooler than the top. As far as the heater core hoses, they should both be hot. If I had to guess, I would say there is a blockage in the heater core. Now, that doesn't mean the core is bad or plugged with sludge, it could be an air blockage. Have you tried to bleed the system?
