When I step on the gas or open the throttle it bogs down really bad and stalls?

My truck starts, and idles, roughly. Then when I step on the gas or open the throttle it bogs down really bad and dies. Can anybody help me with this?

This sounds like you have a clogged exhaust system or a weak fuel pump. here are two guides to help us see which one it is with instructions to change the fuel pump out in the diagrams below:
