my truck has bad valve seals and new head gasket set but blows a little smoke at about 3000 RPM,s. it has been running fine and all of a sudden after i replaced the spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pcv valve, and recharged the k&n air filter it chuggs at cruzing speed and runs fine when idleing or accelerating. i rechecked the plugs and wires and cap and rotor after getting a code for random/ multiple misfire and #2 and 7 misfire. i checked the catilitic converter and ohmed the coil and cant find anything wrong. i was told the valve seals or possibly trying to jump time. just wanted your oppinion on what to try. getting tired of working on this thing

Valve seal problems will fouled out the plugs and cause misfires-could also be a compressiom and injector problems with those cylinders.
