1995 Dodge Ram upperfiller tube.

I have a leak in my upper filler tube. I cannot find one nearby used and the dealer wants 240.00. I bought some "Seal All" gas and oil sealer from NAPA .
I would like some instructions on taking the tube off and fixing it and putting it back. What are the potential problems? and "how to".
