1995 Dodge Ram stalling at idle, irratic rpms

truck idles at about 400 rpm yet irratically spikes on it's own accord and not shifting correctly. replaced the iac valve and a full tune up.no dtc stored in cpu... please help

IT sounds like a problem with the throttle position sensor, but I can't be sure without a trouble code. What is the trans doing?
