I can usually restart it right away. But I need to be careful once I get rolling because if I lay off the gas to fast and try to come to a stop, she stalls sometimes again.

Sounds as its an idle issue
try and do this
disconnect the battery
clean idle and throttle plate
reconnect battery start engine and let it idle for few then take it for a ride

I did that and it has not worked. As of the last few days now it is stalling on the restart. It idles up and then drops to zero RPM and stalls on the restart. Any ideas?

Can you keep it running by holding the gas paddle down and if so suspect idle air control valve or vacuum leak

Yes, I can keep it running if I keep my foot on the gas. I decided to check the code and I am getting a code of 37. Anyone know about this?

Wow, so simple. It turns out it was just carbon buildup in the throttle body and Idle Air Control passages.

Okay, so a month ago the stalling started again. I had a lot of carbon buildup on the throttle boddy and IAC valve again. I cleaned it up and she ran good again. Now again it is starting. What could be causing so much carbon buildup? Any ideas?

Check PCV system and also may suspect an internal engine failure
(rings or seal)
does it use oil in between oil changes !
