My 95 Dodge Ram all of a sudden, is not able to start in Park and will only start in Neutral. Also, at the same time this happened, the transmission will not shift out of low gear until you reach about 40 MPH from a dead start. Once it finally shifts out of low gear, it's fine, until you stop again and then stays stuck in low gear until reaching 40 mph. Please advise as to your opinon of both these problems. Thanks
