1995 Dodge Ram running rough

I have a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 that runs rough, I have replaced the plugs,plug wires cap & rotor still runs rough. No vacuum leaks,new air cleaner, does not have a fuel filter they must be using the sock in the tank for a filter, any help
