1995 Dodge Ram no start

I have a 95 dodge ram 1500 with a 318 the truck just died, I have checked the fuel pump and spart the pump is fine but not turning on, all the fuses and relays are ok, the ecu was macking a buzzing noise so I replaced it and still wont start, the check engine light wont even come on at key up, do you know what pins on the ecu to check for power and grounds?

Have you checked to see if you are getting spark to the engine? What is the fuel pressure?

No I dont have spark or fuel psi the ecu is powering up all the powers and grounds are good to the ecu the check engine light wont even come on when the key is turned on
