1995 Dodge Ram 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

my lights wont come on in the front and i dont know if its the wireing or the actural light in it you see i left the hood open to my truck and it started rain and i was in side my hose when it started and forgot i left it open

The hood being open shouldn't cause any problem. Were the lights working before this happened? Do any of the lights work before leaving the hood open? Also, hav you checked the fuses?
