1995 Dodge Ram Just got my tranny rebuilt now it wont shift

Just got my tranny rebuilt with a new torque converter by a licensed tranny tech and now my transmission will only go into first gear and wont shift and no reverse....I also replaced the neutral saftey switch and speed sensor...HELP ASAP.....???
