1995 Dodge Ram fuel leak at hose at top of tank

1995 Dodge Ram V8 Automatic 180,00 miles

have a 1995 dodge ram 1500. I have a fuel leak in one of the (what feels like plastic) fuel lines coming from the top of the tank. Is this line plastic, and what is the easiest way to repair/change this out.??

You need to remove the fuel tank to access the hose. It should be steel coming from the tank.
