1994 Dodge Ram shifting

My 94 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2 /automatic has a delayed shift between 1st and 2nd it has to get up to about 40 mph to change out ! but doesn't slip at all have changed filter /fluid, did not help checked the throttle cable ok but im no good with sensors Thank you for any help Doug.

It sounds like a bad shift solenoid. If you take your foot off the gas, will it shift sooner?
