1994 Dodge Ram engine starts shaking and loses power when i

when i am driving the truck engine will start to shake and lose power like its not getting any fuel.noticed the lower radiator hose is cold after its been running a long time but upper one is hot. its not overheating tho???? i thought maybe it was the fuel pump starting to go but now im lost

If its not overheating I would not worry about the hoses
check it for tune up check fuel pressure
disconnect O2 sensors and give it a road test if better remove and replace O2 sensors
