The truck began overheating and blowing off steam while I was driving. After stopping several times to add water, I loosened the radiator cap to reduce pressure at the other end. It was then I discovered the leak at the top of the block where the hose from the radiator enters it. Can I put silicone around the hole/opening to alleviate the problem. I'm not entirely sure if the leak is the hose or the clamp or both.
