There is no pressure in the fuel system. Has an electric fuel pump in tank. How do I tell it is not electrical problem to pump before I have to remove fuel tank to replace pump?

welcome to the forum, I'd get at the fuel pump connector, check for voltage and ground at the proper terminals, engine cranking. You can also check circuits at the fuel pump relay. Under hood, driver side, fender lining. the info I looked at was for ramcharger.
