1988 Dodge Ram 1988 Dodge Ram 50 2.6 engine need the torque

I need the torque for the main bearings and also the Rod bearings and the cyliners head torque. Also if you know where I can get a print out of the timing marks. I am rebuilding an engine and need this to finish it.
