1987 Dodge Ram Two Wheel Drive Manual 11326 miles

When taking off from a stopped position, the truck sputters after letting off the clutch. It acts like it is starving for gas. Have checked plugs, wires, fuel filter, and cleaned carberator. ran out of ideas, please help.
