1986 Dodge Ram Wiper motor

I was driving home in the rain yesterday and the wipers were fine then they just randomly cut off and wouldn't cut back on, the washer wouldn't even spray, i was wondering what this might be.

It sounds like a bad switch, but check to see if the motor is getting power before replacing it. If the motor is getting power, then the motor is most likely the problem or a bad ground.
