1981 Dodge Ram V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi
On 318 the EGR valve is good, seems to be blocked before the EGR.

What is the easiest way to unblock?

I heard it is a commom problem with the 318.
I have pulled the intake manifold and all was clear.

It seems to be blocked some where in the head.

Is there a way to unblock without pulling head?

You can use a small wire on it-don't work it has to be remove and professionally cleaned-

Would I clear it from between the intake and head, or from under the valve cover?

Not that familiar with that engine's EGR passages-just follow it from the EGR valve to where it ends
