Plugged condensation drain

I am trying to find instructions on how to unplug the condensation drain on our vehicle.
Make - Chrysler
Model - 2002 Voyager
Mileage - 70,000
Engine - V6

We can hear fluids sloshing around the engine in the morning. Not every morning though. I did some searching and I feel confident that the condensation drain is plugged. I need help in finding the location of that drain on my vehicle.
