Dodge 1995 strtus shuts off when I stop at a light/stop sign

I've been having this problem. When ever I stop for a red light or stop sign or when I'm idle my car shuts off. I;ve had a new distributor put in and a fuel pump and fuel filter plus something called a nodule.
My rpm tackometer doesn't work. It stopped working when I fixed my transmission switches.
Can anybody help me find the problem. My mechanics don't know where else to look.

Not sure but your tach might be connected to your speed sensor, which in turn tells your comp. What rpms the car is turning. Your comp. Might think the eng is off. Just a guess. :
