I noticed the other day that my car started overheating. When I opened the hood there was water coming from the overflow tube. After letting it cool down, I filled the reserve back up and was able to drive it for about 12 min before the water starting coming out of the reserve again. This was with the AC both off and on. Help!

Usually a car over heats from a couple of things, 1st, the thermastat could be going bad, 2nd the system could be clogged. Would change the themastat and back flush the system.

Have you confirmed that the cooling fans are operating?

It could also be from the belt not tight enough to have the water pump turn enough to slow down the circulation of coolant
