My AC runs fine whene going at 30+mi. Whene I stop on a light it will start blowing hot. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Sounds like the compressors acting up, kind of like when a power steering or water pump is becoming faulty, the more revolutions the more normal it works, or your condensor is freezing up
