my AC runs fine whene going at 30+mi. whene I stop on a light it will start blowing hot. does anyone know what is wrong?

sounds like the compressors acting up, kind of like when a power steering or water pump is becoming faulty, the more revolutions the more normal it works, or your condensor is freezing up
