Hi,
I have a 2008 Dodge Nitro SXT 3.7 V6. Can anybody help me how to change the oil and filter? Some pictures would be nice.

Hi:

First, drain the oil from the oil pan. Next replace the pan bolt snugly. Now, remove the oil filter. You will need a filter wrench for that. Make sure the gasket stayed on old filter. Now take the new filter, place a thin film of oil on the new gasket and reinstall it. Follow you owner's manual as to how much and weight of new oil to be reinstalled. Once you put the oil in, check for leaks with the engine running. If there are no leaks, you're done.
