2002 Other Dodge Models Four Wheel Drive Manual 300000 kms.

We have a 2002 3/4 Ton Dodge diesel 4X4. We've put in a new alternator but the alternator won't charge. Any suggestions???

Did you have the new alternator tested before you installed it?Also do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
