1999 Other Dodge Models my car has shocs or struts problems

Ihave a 1999 stratus ride good but in front it sits low it seems as the struts need or shocks it is not shaking or wobblie just the feeling in the front end

Hi:
The strut assembly contains a coil spring. That is the item that can get weak over time and sag. You should have the height measured to see if it a problem. If it is, the springs should take care of the problem.
