1999 Other Dodge Models axle come out

i just change the left side axle coz the old one make funny sound when you turn right or left sahrp turn and the new one come out when am doing est drive and the oil leaking

I'm not sure that I understand your question. Is the axle coming out while driving? Also, there are seals in the housing that can be damaged when the axle is removed and replaced. That can cause the leak.
