i have a dodge voager van and it frequently stalls after rain, it sputters and does not want to go, what could be the problem?

Hi:

It sounds like your ignition system is getting wet. If the vehicle hasn't been tuned up for a while, I would start with new plugs, cap, rotor, and wires. Most of the time, that is where the problem is.
