Engine Cooling problem
1992 Other Dodge Models V8 Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 20000 miles

when the freeze plugs needs to be replace, does that mean the engine is going? i am losing alot of radiator fluid, i have to put in at leat a gallon or so a week.

no that does not mean the engine is going, it just simply means the freeze plugs are no good!
