1990 Other Dodge Models Much done. Vehicle Ramcharger still

I have a 1990 RamCharger with a lot of miles. It sat (undriveable) for 2 years. It was given to me and I replaced some items (tranny filter/gasket; fuel filter; fuel pump; rebuilt throttle body; fuel injectors; plug; wires; air filter; oil change; fuel injector pressure regulator). The vehicle now tries to run but is extremely rich and won't even idle on it's own.

I took it to my mechanic and he's lost.

What am I missing?
