my engine is trying to turn over but it won't fully turn over. I have tried adjusting fuel flow. also the msd ignition cuts off randomly while i am trying to start the vehicle. it's backfiring and i thought maybe i could adjust the timing off the ignition but i am not sure how to do it. if someone could please shed some light to this i would appreciate it. the motor is a 440 on a dodge 150

What you need now is to verify if the valve and ignition timing is correct-Its takes 3 things for an engine to start that is compression, fuel and spark-you got 2 of them
