1982 Other Dodge Models Vibration

I have a 1982 Dodge Van camper that has developed a pulsating vibration at mid to high rpm's. I have changed the torque converter, fan, harmonic balancer, and run it without belts. It occurs both in and out of gear. What else could be wrong?

Have you checked the motor / trans mounts? Does it vibrate when the van is moving or parked?
