1979 Other Dodge Models windsheild wipers

ther eis a tool for this or you can do it with a large screwdriver. there may be a sheet metal locking tab by the base that has to be moved out of the way, then place a large screwdriver under it and twist it to livt the wiper arm. It's alot easier with the tool though..
