The car starts (or did) just fine, but wouldn't keep running w/o one foot on the gas and one on the brake. When coming to a stop sign, it dies, but restarts. Hard to idle. Carburator has been replaced, spark plugs, wires, etc. Any clues?

For a start try checking the PCV and EGR valve- Also look for vacuum leaks
