I HAVE 2002 DODGE NEON WITH ABOUT 85,000 MILES. ITS BEEN OVERHEATING ABOUT 10 MINIUTES AFTER BEING DRIVEN, iT THEN SOUNDS AS IF WATER IS BOILING? ANOTHER PROBLEM TO IS MY CAR FEELS LIKE IT DOESNT WANT TO DRIVE?

Do you have white smoke coming out of the tailpipe?

You have a severe overheating problem-you need to get it block and pressure tested. Sounds like the headgasket is gone. It is not producing power-why gas and water don't mix its not burnable.
