My 1999 dodge neon has noise in right front end. I replaced the brakes but still have noise PLEASE HELP?

elaborate alittle on the noise.....is it a grinding or a squeak or a click or clunk etc.... :)

Elaboration would be good but a common noise problem on front wheel drive vehicles are the CV joints. Check to see if the boots are cracked. Like I said, this is a common culprit and would be the first thing I checked because it is easy to check. However there are many other things in the front end that can cause noise.
