1999 Dodge Neon 2.0 DOHC, 110,000 miles. Died while driving. Checked all fuses, replaced cam sensor, crank sensor, timing belt, anchor motor mount, power steering/AC belt, spark plugs, wires, coil pack. Nothing works. Car has been down for 6 weeks now. Fuel pump is working and spits out about 1/3 cup from the fuel rail. Unable to accurately measure. Tried clearing PCM codes by disconnecting battery, then later by removing the fuel pump 20 amp fuse. Check engine light has been on for forever, will not pass smog. Key on-off cycle gave timing code, which we think is cleared now. code now is 12-55. Gas is 3/4 tank full. My car has everyone stumped. Compression is aobut 120-130psi. Alarm seems to be working fine even after sitting for 6 weeks, antitheft is working properly. Battery has yet to die. Injectors were checked and are clean and working. Up till a year ago, the car was conatantly over heating. Went through 3 thermostats, 4 radiators, and 1 water pump. Car was in great condition until this recent problem. AC was even working.

Safe to say you have spark at the plugs and the injectors are getting trigger? Need to install a manual fuel pressure gauge to verify pressure. If there isnt enough pressure the car will never run, even though it gave you 1/3 cup, has to have pressure behind it
