Car has fuel, spark and turns over but won't start

I have a 1999 Dodge Neon and the same problem, it would turn over but would not start and the service engine light was on. I ran the comp. to see what the code was and it came out as the cam position sensor was bad. Only thing is none of the local auto part stores to include the dealership have the right replacment part.

what is the TPS volts
Do u have compression
what condition is tune up on it
