Heres a few things to inspect, On youre strut shocks their are rubber mount called strut mounts, In time they split crack and fall apart, in which causes noises, Then inside the strut coil spring, Sometimes the Coil isolators that are located on each end of the coil spring inside the strut shock, Break apart in which causes the metal coil spring to cause friction metal to metal (squeeks) sooner cuases the strut tower top to wear apart, Other thing to inspect is to check the strut bearings that are located near the strut shock as well.

Good Luck.
