2006 Dodge Neon Dimming Lights

Electrical problem
2006 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 130000 miles

All the the lights (headlights, console, dome) have recently started dimming as I drive down the road. Sometimes its really, really, bad. To the point people flash me thinking I'm trying to high beam them. Yet other times you can barely notice. And again, its ALL the lights in and around the car than do this.

Has the alt or battery light come on?

Nope. The only thing it have is a engine light but that has been thrown since we bought the car and its due to a minor vac leak somewhere.

If there is no problem with the alt or the battery, then you either have a bad ground or the headlight switch is going bad. Check for rusted or damaged body ground straps.
