2005 Dodge Neon Trying to replace power steering belt tensi

anyone have an idea on how to remove the belt tenson pulley.

using the tensioner remove the tension using the hole on the tensioner and a socket wrench. Remove the belt. There should be a bolt in the center of the tensioner not where the pully is but where the spring housing is. Remove the bolt and the tensioner will come off. Hope this helps MORT
