2005 Dodge Neon Leaking Brake fluid

Today my brake pedal went limp and I had to press it to the floor to slow down then eventually stop. When I got home I noticed brake fluid leaking from the rear passenger wheel. What could this be?

Either you blew a line near the wheel or the wheel cylender is bad.
