My son's car was sputtering and shaking then it will turn over but not start. I know he runs it low on fuel a lot so I think it might be the fuel filter. Where is it at on this car and how do I change it?

Your gonna love this, It is on top of the fuel tank and is part of the pressure regulator. The fuel tank has to come out of the vehicle to replace it. Sorry
