2004 Dodge Neon Noise when I accelerate!

Just a few days ago, my car started making a sound that almost sounds like a cross between a cricket chirp and something caught in the tire, like a constant click-click as I drive. But only when I accelerate. Once I brake the noise goes away. Help please?
